Your visit to the BVI and the magnificent islands will effortlessly take your breath away. This unspoiled plot of heaven is surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters, white golden sands, coves, welcoming people, chic resorts, secluded beaches, and coconut palms. Onboard a day charter you're sure to catch some thrilling scuba diving, snorkeling, Seabobbing and swimming.
Tortola is the largest island in the volcanic chain and has beautiful beaches and coves, forts, and ruins. Virgin Gorda prides itself on the chic resorts, yacht clubs and secluded sands. Coconut palms shade beaches on tiny Jost van Dyke. Other than Anegada, the islands are hilly, including low mountains, lagoons with coral reefs and barrier beaches.
The BVI has a subtropical climate that is pleasant and mild for most of the year, which is why it is such a popular place to visit. Although they are located in the tropics, the heat is tempered by gentle trade winds that blow from the northeast most of the year.
Temperatures average 78 °F (26 °C) annually, and humidity is low. The dry season lasts from February to July and the wet season from September to December.
